H.O.P.E. – Hispanics Organized for Progress and Education is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization based in Dunkirk, NY.

The mission of H.O.P.E. Hispanos Organizados Para el Progreso Y la Educacion (Hispanics Organized for Progress and Education) is to provide services to English and non-English speaking Hispanics to improve their social, educational, cultural, and economic status in the community.

We HOPE to offer a helping relationship designed to foster independence and restore a sense of self-esteem to the Hispanics of Chautauqua County and to also administer a positive cultural awareness to the non-Hispanic community.

HOPE’s ultimate vision is a strong community working together for progress and a higher standard of education.
